Message: I had an accident on President George Bush Toll Road at dusk after hitting debris that fell out of a pick up truck in front of me. The accident resulted in extensive damage to my vehicle. NTTA was no help to me because there were no other vehicles involved and no injuries of people reported. My insurance company recommended Service King for authorized repairs and lifetime warranty for as long as I own my vehicle. The employees at the Jones location in Lewisville went above and beyond for me. They are excellent with their communications skills and provide 5 star customer service. I'm very satisfied with the work they did and highly recommend them to anyone needing body work or repairs especially if an insurance claim is involved. Special Thank you to Steve, Santiago, and Timothy for making my vehicle look like it had never been involved in an accident.

It put a fair scar on my little yellow convertible, and because it's almost 20 years old - I was afraid parts would be impossible to find. Service King did a GREAT JOB, with repairs and a perfect paint match. They even vacuumed out the inside. Great Business.
