Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Message: Service was great. They checked all of my car's fluids and the lights which I know is kind of included but I've been to other places and they don't do that. Great experience. Will be back again for my next oil change. Check their website for a coupon because it can get a bit pricey without some sort of deal.

Message: I love this place. Yes. maybe unorthodox for a lady to say she loves going to get her oil changed, but I do and the employees are ALWAYS informative, welcoming and fast. Big shout out to Antwone(he's literally ALWAYS there) as well Roberto and Sophia. You guys ROCK and thank you so much for taking care of Innocent ( my car name).

Message: Absolutely fantastic service. The person taking care of me, Evon asked why I was in town since I normally get my oil changes done in California. When I told him, my mom had just passed, he was so empathetic and just talk to me. The oil change was one thing, but I did not feel like just another customer, and expect that is how they treat everyone.

Message: The team at the Lewisville Vavoline have always been fantastic, no matter the day. I've been going here for many years and I love joking around with them - - they speak sarcasm and laugh right along with me. On my last visit they suggested I wait a month or two on my oil change as it was still good. What? They didn't take my money anyway? This is why I trust them and they dad approval - - IYKYK. Highly suggest!

Message: It was my first time getting my oil changed by myself and all the employees here were so kind and helpful! The oil change only took 20 mins from when I arrived to when I left. I will definitely come back when I need another one!

Message: Came when they were busy with 3 cars ahead of me but it was worth the hour wait. Nyjoel and the rest of the team changed my cabin and engine filter and made sure my car was good to go! I really appreciate the professionalism they have and would recommend this place to anyone.

Message: UPDATE 12/16/22: This is an update based on Valvolines response. There were 4 employees working at the time that I saw. The tech informed me it would be 5-10 mins total when I got into the bay. While in the bay, it took over 30 mins. Had nothing to do with oil changes or other services, I'm just going off of what he told me and what actually happened. Again, I'd come back and I recommend others come here.. ORIGINAL POST: I visited on 12/14/22 at around 11:30am. Good service and friendly techs. I pulled into the bay for a state inspection only. Tech told me it would be 5-10 mins. After 30 mins, they were finished. He apologized, telling me he didn’t realize other cars ahead of me were in for a state inspection as well. I felt the service was a bit slow for something that should be in and out. I’d recommend this place and would come back. Just be sure to set aside some time for slow service.
