Message: The manager & his team are top notch! Profesional but still welcoming, they make you feel at ease when discussing issues with your vehicle. As a woman this is important because some places don't care & talk down to me. They are very knowledgeable and make sure the job is done right. And if you need a ride home so you don't have to wait for your vehicle to be serviced they help with that as well. They really go that extra step! Would definitely recommend.

Message: Aug2023: 5⭐: I have returned here on several occasions to have my vehicle serviced. I have had an extensive service completed at this location. It was completed over the course of two days and I received my vehicle back in good condition.. May2018: 5⭐: This was my first visit to this specific location. Sometime ago I visited a Brakes Plus location and did not have a good experience. I came to this specific location as a result of a value pack coupon that I received in the mail. This location was convenient because I used the auto repair business next door to this specific location. Each representative I spoke with from this location seem to be knowledgeable and friendly about the business. They were quick and efficient about getting the vehicle repaired and back to me in a timely fashion. I received a phone call about the required items that I needed to have done before the work was completed. I approved the work and within a few hours my vehicle was ready to go. After my initial bad visit at another location out of state, I would be willing to return to this location and give them a chance as my primary repair shop for my vehicles maintenance.
